Terms

Terms of Service

These terms guide how we work together on projects. Specific details are in your proposal or statement of work.

Engagement scope

We deliver the work described in the signed proposal or statement of work, with weekly updates and demos.

Timelines

Schedules depend on access, feedback, and content. We flag risks early and adjust in agreement with you.

Payments

Invoices follow the proposal schedule (typically upfront + milestones). Late payments may pause delivery.

Intellectual property

You own the deliverables upon full payment. We may reference anonymized work in our portfolio unless you opt out.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep shared information confidential, except where required by law.

Warranties

We provide workmanlike services. No implied warranties beyond the scope; production responsibility is shared after acceptance unless a support plan is active.

Support

Bug fixes and post-launch support are handled via support retainers or as defined in the proposal.

Changes

Requests outside the agreed scope are handled as change requests with updated estimates and timelines.

Third-party services

We may use trusted third-party tools (hosting, analytics, email) and will disclose them as needed.

Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Work completed up to that date is billable.
